Step 1: Bulk import
Don't add domains one at a time. Use a tool that accepts bulk lists so you can queue hundreds or thousands of domains in seconds without slowing anything down.
Step 2: Use buckets
Group domains into buckets the same way you'd organize files into folders. Common groupings:
- Campaign: "Q3 Affiliate Sites"
- Client: "Acme Corp Brand Protection"
- Niche: "Tech Startups," "Real Estate," "Vintage Wine"
Step 3: Tune per-bucket settings
Not every bucket deserves the same attention. Track the full grace window for high-value client domains, but limit lower-tier buckets to just the final pending-delete phase. Per-bucket settings keep noise proportional to what actually matters.
A well-organized watchlist means fewer irrelevant alerts and a clearer signal on the domains worth acting on.
