Acceptance
By using Dotily, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of service
Dotily is provided for lawful domain monitoring purposes. You may not use the service to scrape data at scale, abuse scan limits, or violate third-party terms (e.g. WHOIS providers).
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@dotily.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.
Limitation of liability
Dotily is provided "as is". We are not liable for missed domain drops, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
